A Game Steered by Design Sprint
Why a design sprint?
Design sprint is a problem-solving tool helping which problem to focus on, prioritize and make a simulation for what it’s going to be like, if you build the product. In Agile prioritization and what to increment and iterate is a crucial point. Thanks to Build- Launch-Learn approach, Design Sprint is a good check-up to understand what to
iterate before you start an agile sprint loop.
Do not doomed with endless brainstorming sessions!
Design Sprint uses also a ‘’work alone together’’ technique where the participants find the chance to articulate their ideas clearly without getting lost in endless discussions, without dominance of one particular participant in the group.
Why this game:
This is a good example of non-it execution.
Design thinking is a complementary approach for Agile. However Sprint Design is much more fast way of problem solving process before entering in Agile loop, before iteration process.
It reinforces experimentalist culture which is necessary in Agile eco-system.
This framework can be used before or during Agile processes together with all team members including introverts and extraverts together without loosing nobody’s voice.
